I'm going to be in London & Brighton in a couple weeks, and the one thing I'm looking to buy are Whizzers Speckled Eggs. I've had them once in the US from mail-order, and loved them!

Anyone know where I can find them in London and/or Brighton? Are they going to be available in May, or are they just an Easter thing?

Thanks!

you can find them in many health food stores and Holland & Barrett.

you know what, I haven't seen those this year. Admittedly I haven't gone looking so that could be why! I am going to a few HFS today, I'll see what I can find... I like to use them to decorate cupcakes with chocolate frosting in a nest shape! I also like to add those adorable little pompom fluffy chicks- seriously my favourite thing about Easter!

I was just thinking the other day... I don't miss much non-vegan stuff, but I sure do miss Cadbury's mini eggs.

Not creme eggs though. They're gross.

Hana, please let me know if you find them. The two online stores in the US seem to be out of them, so I fear for the worst.
Thanks!

I feel the exact same way. They were the ONLY Easter candy I like in my pre-vegan days. So they're the one thing I get sad over when the stores first pull out all their Easter candy for the season.

Creme eggs were the grossest ever and remind me of coloured spunk.

You can make your own vegan Cadbury Creme Eggs.  Click HERE for recipe. And a couple companies in the US started selling them this year...see HERE.

But... I've yet to see anyone else do Cadbury Mini Eggs, so please, someone find the Whizzers version for me!  :-)
