Ok so I don't know if you Boston people have seen the Boston Vegetarian Society subway ads, featuring various recipes. But out of nowhere my boyfriend emailed me this morning to say he was reading a recipe on the train for Red Lentil Thai Chili, from "the postpunk kitchen". He said it looked delicious and he's a huge carnivore so that's pretty awesome, I think he even wants to try and make it. Nice job Isa! It's this recipe BTW for those who don't know:

I've also seen an ad in the green line for a Terry Romero recipe that looks awesome, I think these ads are really effective, people are intrigued by the delicious sounding recipes.

I always see BVS ads but I haven't seen the new ones! I will be on the subway a lot this weekend so hopefully I will see them!

Yay, those sound like a much better idea than the BVA ads.

thanks for the link! Yeah I'm not sure that the BVA ads were as effective, I really don't know how the typical person would view them.

The BVS ads look way more intriguing than the BVA ads. The BVA ads just kind of... turned me off. I didn't like looking at them and while I'm vegan because I love the animals... it's not the only reason I'm vegan. It's also kind of standoff-ish. (and I imagine, is the same for most others.. which won't open their minds to veganism)
