Hey all! I just wanted to let everyone know about the new restaurant in Chester CT called Six Main! I work here as a pastry chef/line cook
And tomorrow is the official opening for lunch and dinner service! They havent advertised much at all yet i think theyre going for a word of mouth type thing but i had to share for anyone in CT or nearby we finally have a great dining option its a vegetarian restaurant but almost everything is vegan save a few items contaning cheese. also about half of the menu is raw and super delicious!! ( the raw items are my fave!) everyone should check it out!! And come say hi!

Neato! Do you guys have a website? I'm not too close to Chester but I have some family in Old Lyme.

Yup! It really needs to be updated they dont have the
Lunch menu up yet and weve changed some of the dinner menu but its Sixmain.com

I just got back from eating here, and it is AMAZING. It's an hour drive for me, but completely worth the trip. I had the portobello au poivre and my friend had the asparagus risotto and they were both excellent. The service was great and I loved the old bank building that it's located in.
