The bf and I are skipping town for the long holiday weekend and going to Meredith, NH? Why? ... Well it's less than 3 hours away, out of state so it qualifiies as a mini-vacation, and the hotel has an indoor pool. Does anyone know if there is anything decent to eat in this part of NH?

Oh, I didn't see this before, sorry! I hope you found good food! Someone posted a ways back about a restaurant that created a meal especially for them. They had called ahead though.
