I read this in the Salem News. It will be in the old Coven spot and while I'm kind of sad to see them go, I'm looking forward to having an organic cafe in town.

Woo! I'm not the only one!
I am seriously heartbroken about Coven. I was there nearly every weekend. But good news: in May there's a steampunk-themed cafe opening at 84 Derby street that will offer vegan food (and baked goods as well)!
steampunk cafe, eh? Now that I have to experience! 84 Derby: what used to be there? Was it a private residence on the first floor? I got curious and googled photos but I can't place what was on the first floor. Thanks for the tip! Looks like this spring and summer will be interesting downtown!
