I searched and didn't find a thread on this--there's an almost all vegan chocolate shop in Manchester, CT! It's called Divine Treasures. I've been there a few times, and just went yesterday to pick up a few Christmas gifts. They also have vegan soft serve, which is delicious. The sugar-free chocolates are not vegan, but I think everything else is, and if you mention you're vegan they'll help you out.
I know there aren't too many CT PPKers but there have got to be a few aside from me. Check this place out if you're ever in the area, it's great!

I used to work at Divine Treasures and yes, the chocolate is amazing! As Kilgore said the sugar-free is non-vegan, but it's kept in an entirely different case so you don't have to cherry-pick your way through what you can and cannot get. There are two full cases of vegan wonderfulness...truffles, caramels, barks, etc. She also sometimes works with vegan bakers so you might find baked goods too.
