Boston - Where is this food fest food coming from!?

Hey there!
So every year I go to the boston veg food fest and I always look forward to eating a big plate of plantains/rice and beans/empanadas from this one restaurant. Whatever this restaurant is it's soo delish! Somehow I am never smart enough at the time to ask whoever is serving it to me where this food is coming from. Does anyone else know what I'm talking about/know the name of the restaurant so I can find it and eat there food more than once a year....?

It might be Nyota's Ting? Do they have a banner with Egyptian gods all over it?

I have already riffled through that a few months ago to try to find it and I couldnt :(

I'm almost sure it's Norma's Catering (who is listed as an exhibitor). Found this clip - looks like what you described? I remember it being tasty too!
