My skills/kitchen tools kind of limit me to cookies and cupcakes at the moment, though I could throw together a batch or two of brownies.... any ideas what kinds of cookies and cupcakes you're planning? That way I could do different kinds...

Alrighty... I'm thinking I'll start with a bunch of brownies, some lemon cupcakes, some chocolate chip cookies (to prove you can still have your childhood favorites), and perhaps a batch of pumpkin muffins. I can do more, no problem, this is just a starter list in case I'm making something you already had plans to do.

sounds good to me! so far ive got the crossaints, cream cheese brownies, and blueberry muffins, and i made snickerdoodles but they were kind of a fail...they spread too much and are sticking together :( and today im planning on doing a green tea cupcake, a chocolate GF cupcake and a plain vanilla cupcake. ahh i wish we had some idea of how many people will buy stuff cuz im afraid we will run out or have way too much left over :/ oh also what time are you able to be there? I took the day off work so ill be staying the whole time and my bf has the day off from work so i volunteered him to help out haha

I'm pretty much free all day... I should be able to be there by nine, but I have a few things to take care of here in the morning, so I may be a little late. I ended up adding a chocolate peppermint cupcake to the mix... the pumpkin muffins may be a fail due to a little math error, but I'm not sure yet.
How do I find this place? Is it really obvious once you get on campus?

Kind of i believe it should be right inside the main entrance of the campus its kind of all one big building, so if you park in the main parking lot and come in through the front doors hopefully our table will be there waiting for us!

I just saw this forum while looking around for vegans in CT and I think a bake sale is wonderful. How did you guys do? I know I found this a bit late D: but I'm actually a student for baking & pastry chef so I know some stuff. ( Anything from danishes to breads to cakes ) If you guys plan to do this again I'm more than happy to help :D I'm Amber by the way ^-^
