I have a vague plan in my head. It may not work. I will keep you informed. (I think it will be too late with your schoolin').

I am probably going to be in Kennebunkport some time this summer, but I don't know when yet. It'll probably be early August. But I love Portland, and I'm probably going to be free for most of the summer, so might make a road trip at some point.

I'm going to PDX sometime this year (sooner rather than later) to visit a friend. I think it'd be really funny of I called her from Portland, Maine though and was like, I'm here! Where are you? Wakka, wakka, wakka! UM, what?

I like this idea! I am also in the scared of camping, uh, camp, but I'm sure we can figure something out!

Y'all! Camping is not scary. You get to build a fire and make tater pigs. Veggie hot dogs stuffed in baked potatoes covered in chili with avocado and cheeze. You get to eat pie iron sandwiches. Swim in waterfalls. Toast smores. Camping is great.

I think that the last time I went camping was when I was in fifth or sixth grade. I got dehydrated because the counselor told me that I was carrying too much stuff and she dumped out my water bottle.

Mike posted about tater pigs years ago and we started making them at the first east coast gathering. 3 years running! Even if you're not a huge fan of veggie dogs, there's so much stuff piled up that you don't notice them too much.

Anyone else singing "Tater Pigs" to the Spiderman theme song?

Guys, Camping is SO much fun. The foods and the cute birds and the people.
I'm kind of addicted. Also, would be very excited for the vegan camp food.

I'm in school, but I'll be done by the end of May. We probably wouldn't want to camp until June anyway, it gets pretty chilly at night in May.

I'm not sure what my school schedule will be exactly. I will likely be in school most days all summer (from late May to late August) since summer sessions tend to be crunched into such a short period of time. My weekends are open, though. I should probably be spending them studying and writing papers, but one weekend *must* be set aside for PPK! As long as the gathering is on a weekend, I can be there. If it's during a week, I'll catch the next gathering. :)

I really want to join you guys! I'm in school until June 5th when I graduate... but then I leave the country a few days later until July 15th. So, maybe I can't participate?
