Is anyone planning to harvest the flowers from their zucchini or pumpkin? I've always wanted to try fried zucchini flowers so I think I might do it. I have both and they are just starting to come up. I've been looking for recipes online and found some vegan cashew cheeze stuffed versions that look good!

I always buy them when I find them. They are so delicious fried, but it seems like every batter I've ever tried is too heavy and masks the flavor of the blossoms. I wonder if they would be good just tossed with olive oil and roasted. Please report back how yours turn out!

I planned to eat the Pumpkin flowers when they came up, but they're so pretty!
