So yeah, a bunny has been eating the sunflowers. I caught him red handed. It looks like 3 survive...so far.

I want to see a photo of this bunny, caught in the act, looking up at you guiltily.

It would be pretty hard to be mad at a bunny.

If you grew more carrots and lettuces this never would have happened!

Our bunny prefers swiss chard.

That's so frustrating! I had bunnies eat the first crop of lettuce I grew in my garden, until I found and patched all the holes in the fence.

This is my favourite thread on the boards at the moment. I second the request for pictures of the guilty bunny...

The swiss chard is gone, too!

We don't have rabbit problems because of Maury and Ladymutt. I'm trying to think of a kind solution that doesn't involve hurting them with hot peppers. Can you access some cat poo to put around the parameter of the garden? Perhaps they have the same response as other critters and smell a predator so they'll stay away.

That bunny is awfully cute. I think I spot a bottle of Annie's Goddess dressing in the back ground.

Our bunnies prefer nibbling the tender pea shoots. We put in rabbit fencing, though hadn't finished the gates and someone got in and ate some peas. We've since finished off the gating and don't seem to have lost any more peas. They did this last year but we had no fencing. I tried invisible fence and it stinks awful but didn't discourage them in the least!! They ignored my Kale and Radishes and Beets and went right for the pea shoots, and oddly, also ate the broccoli and brussels sprouts plants!

He's the only bunny in my garden. :( I do wish he would eat some of those weeds, please.

I WAS planning on planting sunflowers...but nah - I'll still plant them! I like bunnehs!
