I posted some hints in other threads about me having a mini-mini-garden on my balcony and thought I'd post some pictures here :)
Background: in 2012 I lost the only longer job I ever have had but on the other hand had -a lot- of vacation days which I hadn't used so they had to pay me the money for them instead. So I measured, went to a trip to the nearby IKEA store , measured again, made a plan, went back to IKEA and bought some stuffs which I totally changed my balcony with :) - and rather cheaply too ... the whole project with all the materials needed for sawing and re-glueing and painting everything to my measures (instead of what IKEA had planned for the stuff :P ...) cost about 5200 SEK back then.
The location is in one of the outmost suburbs in the Stockholm area, I moved here 2011.
Last year I didn't have as many plants since they renovated the cellars - where I have to keep the balcony furniture in winter - so I could not take the stuff out till the middle of may.
