Ok I made the sauce for cool slaw and picked up some broccoli shreds so it'll be broccoli slaw. I also made a happy sea tempeh salad and some chickpea salad. I also made some raspberry oatmeal bars.
Excited! We leave in 2 hours to get Jilly and then south we go!

Safe ride guys! I'm impressed with all the cooking you are doing, considering the long drive. Now I feel like a slacker.
PS - My boss has called me twice already today and it feels like I will never get out here to finish packing. Can't wait until my cell barely works at the site.
