That's right! It's happening. The first photo I saw of American Vegan Kitchen in a book store was taken at Malaprops! So we're coming down to celebrate the release of my second book, Vegan Sandwiches Save the Day. Join us on Tuesday, Sept. 25 at 7:00 PM to pick up a copy of the book and try a couple of sandwich samples, which are being prepared by Wingbean (Pamela's business).
