In Quebec City, you will find Le Commensal, which is a vegan-friendly/vegetarian chain (I guess it's a chain, at the very least it's a brand) that does cafeteria-style dining. Sure, it isn't romantic or fancy, but you will be well fed. I think there's an acommodating sushi restaurant for those romantic times.
Um, anyone else got anything?
