Hey guys. I'm kinda new here too (I was the one harassing you about Taste of Health). I'm sad I missed the Bandidas outing, but would love to join you guys next time. Enjoy the rain!

I've just told Mommy Canuck that I want to do a 'cheapo' Xmas this year. I was just going to ask for a $20 amazon voucher or some shiz but now I'm thinking a couple of vegan treats in the post. I've never been vegan in Vancouver before... what's good to send?
A year ago I got maple extract in the post and it was worth its weight in gold.
(Suggestions involving peanut butter junk food are especially welcome.)

BLISS BALLS. Chocolate-covered bliss. They're at Whole Foods, Choices and Sweet Cherubim on Commercial Drive.
Also, can you get Daiya cheese in Scotland yet? It would probably travel well with a cold pack.

No Daiya yet... although I think I might try to hold out until the summer (first time home in 3 years!) to try it.
I used to work at Choices my first year outta high school. That's what's up.
Bliss balls is going on the list.
(I love balls.)

And if your mom's willing to go to Karmavore, she could probably get you some Go Max Go bars (fake Snickers flicks the weasel) and maaaaybe some form of peanut butter cup.
eta: flicks the weasel? flicks the weasel??? oh geez. F T W.
