We just announced the date for Texas VegFest 2013. It will be Saturday, April 6, at Fiesta Gardens again. We want to make this year even bigger and better. Who would you like to see as a speaker or for a cooking demo this year? What food, companies, or nonprofits would you like to see?

Can't wait!!! Also if anyone is in from out of town we are having Vegan Drinks tonight at Cheer Up Charlies.

Woah, that was a good weekend. It was like the last episode of a sitcom where you get to visit with every vegan you've met along the way. But with funnel cakes.

That is exactly what I was attempting to put in my blog post about it! So so fun.

I think we have our motto for next year.

Either that, or, "Too much soy!/Not enough soy!" It's hard to choose.

The slogan should be "all the food that grows from the ground"
