I've gotten a couple of emails about an interesting all-vegan grocery store concept called VegCo in Phoenix. How great would it be to have a grocery store totally dedicated to vegan products and other local sustainable stuff. Check out their concept
on their website. It's pretty cool. Totally vegan, sustainable, local, cooking classes, demonstration gardens. I hope they can get it going. They are looking for contributions to get up and running as well.
