Hey, that worked out perfectly then! You might have seen me riding by on my bike while you were in Ballard/Fremont yesterday...

I got better at the buses after a couple days. I didn't actually get confused by the ride free zone (which is awesome!), but I was overwhelmed by all the routes and no maps to be found. The trip planner thing on their web site is great, but it didn't help me when I was out and about and needed to figure out a bus route without the help of the internet. Anyway, I eventually got everywhere I needed to go.

If you have a smartphone with google maps on it, you can figure out which bus you need to take from where you are. Put in your start and end address and choose the bus option. It's helped me out a lot. Too late for you now, though, sounds like.

Have you guys been to Juliano's in Crown Hill? I'd never been to their Capitol Hill location before they moved, but I just went to their new location and it is insanely vegan friendly! They have vegan cheese, vegan pesto, garlic tofu, and a bunch of vegan fake meats. I chatted with the owner while my pizza finished baking, and he's super nice and seems to love the vegans. The pizza I got was a little on the pricey side ($23, but I got a lot of toppings) but really tasty.

Ooh, no! I didn't know they were there. Now I feel all spoiled because I have multiple vegan pizza options within a couple miles of home.

Haven't been to the new one. Loved the old one. Couldn't stand the guy, though.

Julianos was two blocks away from my old apt on the hill but I went elsewhere because he was creepy and will continue to do so.

Haha... I don't think of myself as a fan of creepy dudes, but I thought he was nice. Well anyway, the pizza was good, and that's the most important part!

I went to breakfast at Wayward today. Two things: Tad sighting! Also, I failed my breakfast, I had to get a box. I got the special--three silver dollar pancakes, hashbrowns, sham, sausage (two of them because I am not a fan of their tempeh bacon), and tofu scramble. Holy crepe, it was a lot of food. I <3 Wayward.

I was there at 9:15 (I see Tad pretty much every time I go, maybe he is an early riser too). I like to go early because I don't like crowds. I was hoping I'd run into you guys on my way out! The lumberjack is not messing around.

hi Seattle! It looks like I'm suddenly coming up Wednesday night. Where can I get late night (after 9pm) dinner? Is Highline my only option?

Hi Seattle,

I just wanted to let you know that of the four cities I visited during my trip there (San Francisco, Portland, Denver and Seattle), you were my favourite. I love you. I am so sad I only had 48 hours there. I will be back.
