This is (a) why I commute by bus, and (b) why I no longer live in L.A.

(Actually, there are lots of reasons for both.)

I can't believe Boston isn't higher on the list. I wonder if they're only including Boston proper?

Having spent pretty considerable time driving around both Boston and San Jose, I have to agree with their list. Boston drivers (even "massholes") are much nicer overall than California drivers.
