Anyone tried these out? They're right here I'm my neck of the woods. This could be big. For me.

Just got a blondie, which was really good, and a mixed berry "pop tart" we haven't tried yet.

Describe this pop tart, please. What's the pastry on it like? Is there icing?

There was, like, streusel-type drizzled icing. It was flaky, thin... Like a fresh pop-tart made out of real things.

Not sure about Brown Sugar Baking's hours, but Urban Buggy carries their stuff.

I haven't even heard of them! I foresee an exploratory field trip this weekend.

I hadn't heard of them! I need to check it out. Also, Footface, I need to get you your cat carrier back! I am bad at remembering to tell you when I'm in Seattle. I will be in town on April 20th for Easter Brunch. Maybe we could do early dinner meetup at Moonlight on the 20th if people are around?

I'd come to Moonlight for an early dinner meetup on the 20th. Too bad neither of our upcoming visitors will be here by then...

We went to Urban Buggy today! We both had chicken and waffles. The chicken is a breaded Gardein patty - tasty but not life-changing. The waffle, however, was superb - crispy on the outside and soft inside, airy yet toothsome, flavored with cinnamon and vanilla. One of the best waffles I've ever had! A waffle, a fried chicken patty, and a bottle of orange juice was $6.50. We met the owner, who is friendly, charismatic, and passionate. We also picked up some Brown Sugar Baking Company desserts - a salted chocolate chip blondie and a caramel brownie. There was also a chocolate bundt cake and limoncello shortbread, as well as gluten-free baked goods, vintage sodas, and gluten-free cassava chips. We loved it and we'll definitely be going there regularly.
