We're considering moving to the Edmonds or Shoreline area, so I'm wondering if anybody has any goto restaurants around there. Right now we're in Redmond, which isn't great for vegan options but I do really like Teapot and Araya's. I plan on supporting the pigs and buying as much of my groceries as possible at Vegan Haven, and I love all the vegan options around the U District. I believe that where we live now is closer to all the vegan stuff than Edmonds would be, but for some reason it seems like we'd be more likely to hop on the freeway if it didn't involve all the highway changes and bridges.

I'm afraid I don't know much about that neck of the woods.

I live in Jackson Park, which is basically between Lake City and Shoreline. We've got a pocket of Ethiopian restaurants up here, some Thai places (Phayathai is fantastic), hmmm... I actually made a list for this once. I will see if I can dig it up.
