I'm going to see Beyonce with my coworkers in Seattle oh my god!

We want to get a nice dinner beforehand--doesn't need to be SUPER fancy but moderately fancy would be nice? Being able to make a reservation would be great since we won't have a ton of time most likely.

They put me in charge of choosing a restaurant, which was super nice. My coworkers both eat meat, and I want to choose a place that's not all vegetarian but obviously has good options for me. One of my coworkers is a total foodie type and would probably be most thrilled by some place that critics are super into. My other coworker is not an adventurous eater AT ALL, like she recently mentioned that she's never tried Indian food? I convinced her to try salad rolls recently and she called them "interesting." She's also trying to lose weight and is super focused on healthy eating so...I mean, I'm not really sure what she eats. Salads with chicken on them or something?

Close to Centurylink Field would be great but we will have a car, so as long as it's not ridiculously far away we should be ok.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Wild Ginger! Downtown, very vegan friendly (ask for the veg*n menu,) delicious and I would think it's not too out there for your less adventurous friend. It's not like tie-and-jacket fancy or anything but it's nice.

Hey I'll just revive this thread for a similar question...

vegan-friendly restaurants that also have seafood? Anyone?

Also restaurants worth checking out specifically in Ballard?

Also, Korean restaurants where I might be able to get something vegan?

For dessert in Ballard you could go to full tilt or hot cakes.

SanMaRu in Edmonds/Shoreline was a Korean restaurant recommended to me by a Korean chef in Woodinville. I can't vouch for its vegan availability, though. He told me they have great bibimbap.

It seems like KU Sushi and Izakaya which is apparently both Japanese and Korean as well as Sunrice might be good options for vegan Korean though there is a Yelp review about how the vegan menu isn't really vegan for KU Sushi and Izakaya which is concerning...

FYI I was assured that the tofu bibimbap at Tofully minus egg was fish-free and vegan and it was delicious.
