I realised today that I completely forgot to let you all know (particularly those of you who are Melbourne-based) that the Food Co-op where I work is having its annual fundraiser tomorrow night at South Melbourne Commons. It's a mediaeval theme and will run from 5pm to 11pm(ish), with plenty of vegan food available (all of the food is vegan, actually), lots of fun bands (I'm in two of them), and a few other performances and bits and pieces. It's $10 for Co-op members and $15 for non-members, which covers food and entry, and there'll be booze for sale as well.
Sorry for the slightly obnoxious promotion of my workplace... mostly I figure that all of the lovely people in this forum might be interested to know about a cheap night out with good vegan food (I hear our baker is making almond cream tarts, and I'm making a bunch of different savouries with some helpers).
Hope you're all doing well, and maybe I'll see one or two of you tomorrow night.
