Hi all.

As part of my trip to Paderborn (discussed earlier), I'll also be having just one night in each of the above places. Cologne looks to have loads of options so I'll check what's near the hotel (Christsall if anyone knows the city). Any suggestions for the other places people?

Gah, it looks like Luxembourg has lots of great looking options which are all shut on Mondays. No need to guess which day we'll be there.

Wow, that's one intriguing trip. What on earth are you going to do in Steensel?

If you have transport to Eindhoven, there are a few vegetarian and vegan friendly places you could go to. Check out the Dutch Vegamap, it has a few more listings than Happycow. http://vegamap.nl/

Ha, yes it is. The whole trip is for a football match (a friendly!) but my friends are driving and they planned it all so I was happy to take a backseat. Steensel was
just a place they picked that looked like a convenient stopping point I think, but whether they'll feel like driving any more when we arrive, who knows? I'll let you know!
