I did a search, and only found half a mention of a trip jojo made there a couple of years ago -- so if there's another thread for this, apologies!

NatureBoy and I are headed to Tenerife at the end of the month. A friend of a friend who is from the Canary Islands says that there's been a huge veg*n movement in the past couple of years, so it's easier to be vegan there than elsewhere in Spain. She put me in touch with Tenerife Vegano (https://www.facebook.com/TenerifeVegano) who gave me the following list of vegan and vegan-friendly places on the island, which I'm reposting here since HappyCow has no infos.

Vegan:

Vegetarians with vegan options:

If anyone else has suggestions -- for food or nature adventures -- I'd love to hear them.

Nice! Thomas and I went to Fuerteventura a while back, which was limited in veggie options, but most of the restaurants were accommodating. Nice to know there are actually veg-on-purpose spots down there!
