Hi,
We are due to go to Barcelona for a 6 day holiday in June and was wondering if anyone can suggest some good places to eat during our time. I would like to try both 'high and low' priced eateries, and also some good bar recommendations would be more than welcome.
Thanks
Si

I love Barcelona very much!
My favorites were Gopal (chocolate donuts!), Veggie Garden, La Estrella bakery and the Cat Bar.

I was in Barcelona just last week for a few days! CatBar was great (good vegan beer too - the whole place is vegan with some spectacular burgers and beer), Santorini Cafe was nice for an affordable lunch and/or pastry, The Dog Is Hot did a mean vegan hot dog (and had some amazing wall art inside), but Teresa Carles was by far my favourite. It is definitely a nicer night out (you can make reservations in advance and I highly recommend doing so since they were quite busy), the food was fantastic (I had the vegan tempura and the vegan 5-layer pasta), and both were dyanmite! We also ate at L'Hortet for dinner, which was delicious!

We just got back from a week in Barcelona. LOVED it! We went to Teresa Carles, Juicy Jones and Biocenter. They were all great. At Juicy Jones and Biocenter we had the Menu del Dia, which is 3 courses (app, main and dessert) plus bread and water for a fixed price ($10 on weekdays, a little more on weekends). We went a little crazy at Teresa Carles (ate too much!)- the food was great, and a bit fancier. I wish we had gotten to a couple of the others listed above. I was pleasantly surprised in general that the food in Barcelona was cheaper than I thought it was going to be. We had a couple of meals that were pricy, but they were in the more touristy restaurants (non-veg restaurants). Our best meals there were Teresa Carles for lunch and Bar Calders (non-veg) for tapas.

Just got back from our 6 night trip to Barcelona. Nothing but huge love for the place and the people. Thanks for the top tips on eats, we hit up Teresa Carles for 4 nights as it was some of the best plant based food we have ever eaten, highly recommended. Also big shout outs to Biocenter, juicy jones, rasoterra, Zataar, donuts in Gopal and had an awesome tasting menu in Sesamo one evening.
