i like Monti too. they called her fake on the first show but i think she's for real. just a little kooky.

i like Stacy too and i think Tanya is starting to falter but she seems like a nice person.

my favorite guy is Josh.

They are generally so much more likeable than Hell's Kitchen. I"m really enjoying the show and thought it was great that Graham got in on the mystery box last night. that was cool. It was interesting to see how pristine his station seemed to be (at least on camera).

why does everyone hate Monti? i dont get it.
also why is Becky so snobby and bisque-y? she really needs to go

Yeah, everyone was saying that she's the next to go and can't cook (except recipes). though Gordon gave her some great compliments the other night. I like her.

Is it just me or has this show moved to once a week?

just this past week, I think, because of baseball all-star game. I think it's 2x next week.

i did see a commercial saying it would be back on tuesdays next week. just not this week because of stupid baseball.

Not into Monti. I feel like she's fronting, just playing a part. I don't know who I like on there at this point. Christine, I guess.

3 observations from the beginning of today's episode.

1. i wish they would stop pandering to walmart so completely obviously (yes i know it's obviously a sponsor)
2. just looking at those steaks made my colon hurt, did each person eat TWO 16 oz steaks?? omg. vomit. think of all the waste.

Monti's son is called Danger? That's kind of awesome!

I don't like the last two decisions made, although the challenge before last got the loser to get a personal rec/advice/job offer from Ramsay, that's pretty cool and well worth being on the show. I have to admit that I'm surprised they went before other people.

i was like "yes Joe always calls people out on their BS!"

i was hoping she would go home for being such a cow during that challenge.

i do understand why Stacy and Christine were put up and i understand why they chose Stacy over Christine but i was still bummed i liked her :-(

I am so curious/excited to see just how far Christine gets. I enjoy when Gordon obviously likes a contestant, like he did with Josh's send off, sometimes with Monte and David, and with Christine, in general.

So true, JD. The way he compliments Christine and Josh I remember being effortless.

I find it cool that he doesn't have to be the mean judge anymore. He's probably the second toughest, next to Joe. He scares me and every time he smirks I want to deflect it so he has to eat his smirk. It's usually a good thing though.

Can someone remind me what Joe said to becky during the sushi challenge? What a hard challenge for Christine, so visually demanding.
