If she wasn't dead yet, she had to be pretty soon from blood lost. But if he shot her before she died, she can still come back as a zombie!

She wasn't dead yet, I don't think. Just passed out from pain and blood loss. I don't think carl would have waited for her to die before he shot her. Ugh. I almost don't want to watch next week! I can't handle the emotions and I miss tdog!

errr, I meant a "pretty big slash across her abdomen." Not sure where all my words went. And blood loss, not lost. I suck.

Not if he shot her in the head.

I thought they had to die, turn, and then be shot in the head for that to work...

I never thought I'd cry for forking Lori, but that was brutal. Andrew Lincoln needs an Emmy after that scene.

I need to go back and watch the first fifteen minutes of this, I was helping a classmate on the phone and I totally missed the entire Carol thing.
Also, I'm still incapable of feeling any warm and fuzzies for Carl, which kind of makes me a jerk.

I like Carl. I think he is adapting the best to that world in the way only a child can. I see him growing up to be woodsy and smart like Daryl.

Did I miss something with Carol? I swear I watched the whole thing. I kept asking, "how do they have three graves?"

Oh man, will every new group of people keep corpses of their relatives? I don't know what is sicker, that or having fights, loud music, lights in that world. At the least they are attracting walkers or possibly hostile people. Who recreates the WWF in a survival situaiton?
Was it a smart idea for Rick to answer the phone and possibly alert hostile people to his location?
Oy.

Is the phone thing a hallucination? How could the phone possibly work?
But more importantly: DARRYL WITH BABY! I could watch an hour of that.

FYI, the old rotary phones don't require any power (of their own) to recieve a call. I *think* the telephone call itself would also double as power to make them ring.

I was thinking the phone call was an internal call from inside the prison, so it would just need power, not a bunch of phone lines outside.

It seems kind of odd, that even a prison in 2012 would still have rotary phones in use, but I guess that was necessary for the writers to explain how anyone could receive a phone call.

But more importantly: DARRYL WITH BABY! I could watch an hour of that. I totally thought hallucination, too because he was hearing the baby crying, too, but he wasn't hearing that either. Darryl with the baby was like....whoa. yes! So glad Michonne didn't stay. I was super worried they would kill her if she did. I would think that in a world filled with violence, people who finally found a safe haven, wouldn't want to be entertained with more violence. but what do I know?

I've read that going to the movies was very popular during the Great Depression. Of course, movies were a lot cheaper then (adjusted for inflation ) and one price would enable you to stay in a theater all day long. Still, people were going hungry for want of money. Many people said that it was worth for them to forget about their lives for a while. I'm surprised they let Michonne just walk out. They blindfolded both her and Andrea when they brought them to Woodbury. Presumably to keep their location hidden so that someone else wouldn't due to Woodbury what the Governor did to the National Guard. Letting Michonne find her own way out defeats that purpose.

The biggest creep out scene for me last night was when the Governor was brushing his daughters hair and took off a piece of her rotting scalp. Oy!
