I thought this episode was pretty funny with the meatball thing and Gabe/Ryan being weirdos. Darryl and Iforgethername are really cute. I don't really like where Erin is going, though. Too creepy.

I also thought of it as Jim just trying to leave as quickly as possible and having to avoid Meredith's van.

How did they get so drunk? That bothered me. Most of them only had a few swigs of wine. I did think they were meaning to imply that Jim was driving drunk, and it bothered me, but I guess I am probably wrong.

Anyway, Kevin is pretty much my favourite character now. Well, after Dwight.

But I did really like that episode, anyway. I don't think I'll give up on the office until it's for-real over. Or until Dwight leaves.

I agree. The show can't exist without Dwight.

has anyone ever watched the British version of the Office?
i tried to watch the first season and i dont think i get the subtleties of British humor.

i really like that the AMerican Dwight's character got taken in a whole different direction than his original inspiration.

I love British Office with all my heart and it took me forever to accept the US version.

I just read today that Dwight is going to have a spin-off show about his farm (and the characters there), so he will be on the first half of next season and then maybe not so much. I like Dwight, but I don't think I could stomach a whole show just around him and his farm.

Oh man, I could. Schrute farm scenes are my favourite!

You guys have no faith! It will be awesome! But probably very un-vegan. It would be great if he had a vegan WWOOFer or something.

I saw the last episode and i noticed in a scene where the others were swigging back wine from the bottle, Jim's bottle still had the foil top on it and he was fake-drinking.

Am I the only person who doesn't like Dwight? I used to enjoy his appearances but I feel like they try too hard to make him seem extreme these days.

Yes! I still laugh thinking of how he almost tried to jump the line of parked cars in the garden party episode.

Me three. I saw somewhere yesterday that Rainn Wilson tweeted something like, "don't believe everything you read in the news," so I wonder how likely it really is.
