This show is so consistently good! It never fails to make me laugh out loud multiple times. Tuesdays on Fox are my favorite right now! I think I get at least one hearty laugh from each character every episode. Really good stuff! I loved Linda Cardellini as the sister. Baruch atah adonice dress really cracked me up!

I actually have been disappointed lately! :( I hope Linda lifts it up but I feel like adding her to the cast for a while is a Hail Mary. I did enjoy the Prince episode but only because it was like a Willy Wonka style acid trip.

why has it been so long since we've talked about this show?! it's still friggin' hilarious. a favorite quote from a fairly recent ep (Sister III) is when Schmidt and CeCe and Coach are all in the car staking out Jess's sister, then they bump the abandoned-looking car, then Schmidt's like, "Great, we hit a parked car in the same neighborhood where they shot fricking 'Children of Men.'" I couldn't stop laughing!

come on, let's hear some favorite New Girl quotes!

That was a great part, the Children of Men. But I cannot believe how cavalierly they broke them up! I am just too flabbergasted to be upset!

Yeah wow, that breakup episode was TERRIBLE. Felt so damn tense and uncomfortable the whole time. Yeah, I get it that real life breakups are like that, but this is a comedy TV show! Wut!

Catching up on season 4 now. "Without ash to rise from, the phoenix would just be a bird getting up." Oh Schmidt.

Yeah, some good stuff. But the body image episode annoyed me, like, way to make a group of people with a physical malflormity feel more shitty about themselves! As if they didn't already!

Yeah, that was really awful. I think it could have been okay just as a plot point, but yikes on how they were making fun of it. Really cringe-inducing.

Last night's episode was so funny. I was laughing so hard the entire time. Usually I think I would find the meth exploding everywhere bit to be totally cringe worthy, but it was so over the top that I couldn't help but just laugh, and laugh, and laugh.

Seriously!!!! I have been so down about this show lately, because it hasn't lived up to the bar it set earlier. This episode was AMAZING. I was crying at Nick singing "Landslide" "And I saw all the puppies with their eyes so blind" oh my goddddd. Amazing.

I am non-delighted about Schmidt's fixation 'n' private conversation with Cece's breasts. I know it's a comedy, but geeeeeez. She's a person! They stopped dating ages ago!

That was gross, unnecessary and made Schmidt seen like asexual predator. The scene in the docs office was bad. Other than that the episode was hilarious.

I'm not loving the new season. Just some creepy stuff with the body image episode, Schmidt's thing last night...just not feeling it.

Nick and Jess wingmanning each other was so good... and everything else was so bad.

Although having now caught up on 4x08, I've gotta say I am greatly enjoying Ridiculously Perfect British Guy.

I really want Jess and Nick to get back together, but Ridiculously Perfect British Guy is a delicious distraction for now.
