These are all of my other tattoos:

This one is my very first tattoo. It was supposed to be a sleeve but we stopped after Ganesha was finished and never resumed. You can see my lotus scar at the top of my arm. I think this picture is about four years old.

Hot pink communist symbol, horrible picture.

This is also an old picture, probably four or so years old. More scarification on my back.

This makes me wish I had a good tattoo to show off! Sadly, the one I do have is wonky and needs serious work, and I'm too embarrassed to show it to people online.

I do have one planned for the near future, though: a meadowlark on each shoulder, done in the traditional sparrow-type style, one holding a stalk of wheat and the other holding an Indian paintbrush flower. I was born in Wyoming and have lived in Kansas since I was seven, and the two states share a state bird, so I thought it was a good thing to get to symbolize my love of both states.

I'm hoping I'll have enough of a Christmas bonus to get it this year for my present to myself, but who knows.

I tattooed a K records symbol on myself sometime in 1990...covered over it a few years later though. Awesome tattoo!

Love both of these, and MEGA LOVE William Schaff. I remember seeing your tattoo in his Flickr photostream! I bought one of his print sets and continue to treasure it as though it were my child.

Matching tattoo I got on New Year's Eve with my best friend, who moved to Seattle about five years ago. (The Elliott Smith and Alkaline Trio and tattoos are unrelated; 8 and almost 11 years old, respectively.)

Ok, I think I finally managed to get this to work!
This is my newest tattoo- just done yesterday. The tribal sign and center flower was an older tattoo. The artist incorporated the old into the new so it looked like one solid piece. I think he did a great job and I am so happy with it!

here are my tattoos so far!

My very first tattoo.. this one is for my youngest daughter, Athena. the greek goddess Athena is heavily associated with owls, plus she was born in our dining room, so i put her perched on a fork. i love the collision of the symbolic and the literal and it makes me smile.

my second tattoo, this one is for my hubby, i got it for our 10 year wedding anniversary. the binary is our wedding date.. and my hubby is a computer geek ;) "fully completely" is both how i feel about our marriage, and the title of the very first music album that we bought together when we first started dating.

i also have plans to get lots more tattoos, it's just matter of time and money.

I browsed the old tattoo thread and I think I eventually posted my vegan tattoo, but I don't quite remember. I've really enjoyed looking at all the great vegan tattoos, and am just waiting on some more $$$ to start a new giant train piece. So without further delay, here it is:
