my stupid effing DVR didn't tape any of my thursday night teevy, so i missed the actual show, but i've seen the list. surprised about some of the results, but also relieved about some of them.

OK they didn't. But the "sing the phonebook..." line needs to be retired. And it's funny to watch Mariah while Nikki is talking.

you think lazaro is the one with talent, for real? man, i feel like the biggest a-hole any time i discuss AI with people this season. i thought his kelly clarkson was worse than angie's.

This was the first time I heard him and I actually liked his voice and his subtlety. But Angie had the nerve to say she could sing as well as Kelly. Lazaro was like "Kelly is the OG."

i think lazaro is adorable as all get-out and has an amazing story, but i find his singing to be pretty boring at this point, and nowhere near up to kelly clarkson standards, if you're going to be singing a kelly song. but i do like him in general as a person.

i think the only guy i'm actually into this year is burnell. i loooove his tone and he's a cutie... but holy WOW he picked a boring-ass song this week.

the girls seem much more talented in general, and i really like candice (also loved her last year and couldn't *believe* she got booted in vegas) and kree (even though i'm not a country person at all, i just love her).

I love Candice. I'm hoping she sang that song tonight because she's in love with a straight girl, and maybe they dated, but the girl is dating some guy and he's nice or whatever. ! Maybe?
