So the Glee episode they served two very underwhelming vegan lasagnas, and didn't even make a big to-do about it. like 'OH NOES WE HAVE TO MAKE LASAGNA BUT CAN'T PUT DEH ANIMULS IN IT ARRRRR". it's almost as if they.... treated it like normal food?

also i think I am in love with James and his tattoos and his sexy beard and hair and beady little eyes.

anndddddd just saw a giant dead animal face in the previews for next week.

Yeah, the lasagna was treated like normal food, which was awesome! I didn't really like Jane Lynch's role on the show though. Or I guess, I didn't like how she did things.

And OMG, Chrissie and her saving herself! I was so sure she was going to say "THE CAPTAIN GOES DOWN WITH THE SHIP!" I loved how James and Jordan reacted.

Yes! This was "a bisque move." Last time she said that would get someone's asparagus kicked in her neighborhood. I'm wondering what her neighbors thinks of her now?

Anyone else bothered by how Jane Lee picked the teams???

I'm guessing they made vegan lasagna because Lea Michele is vegan. I'm only part way through the episode but it was cool for the most part they knew what vegan was, I was just waiting for some to start talking about cheese.

I was initially taken aback that Jane Lynch called Krissie a beast vs the beauty. But then when she said 'beastiness' and was in character as Sue Sylvester, I felt a little better.

Those vegan lasagnas were covered in daiya*. Gordon, let's talk.

High five! Was that really Daiya? Worst vegan lasagna ever.

I found Sue Sylvester hilarious (because that's essentially who Jane Lynch was playing!). I liked that she had fun with it and I feel like wearing her Glee uniform negated what might be seen as really being judgmental. Maybe I am being too easygoing, but I was cracking up.

I'm still miffed that no one seemed to actually discuss the lasagnas! (on air)

Yeah, the lasagnas were such a (Daiya-covered) throwaway. On the one hand, it was neat that they just handled it without being giant babies, but on the other zzzzzzzzzzz.

I'm watching tonight's right now and ugh. Poor vegetarian girl. I liked how feisty she got with Gordon when he took the towel off the head.

Anyone else notice that suddenly (or so it seemed) that Savannah showed up. I don't think I've ever really seen her on the show--it was like they just inserted her tonight. Kinda strange. They've never brought her up with great food, terrible food....just been kinda like a ghost??

Shortbus and I were like "Who is that in the pink shirt?" when they showed Savannah. She must be extremely middle of the road since they never show her.

And yes, I was pissed at Gordon for removing the towel from the pig's head. I would have freaked out on him too. Also, I don't think there's any way that Bri can win this game.

-jdfunks and I talked about how they NEVER show the vegetarian dishes. We also laughed so hard when Christine's proteins were being shown to Lynn and it was like "Catfish!" Then Lynn's reaction. Then Graham saying "Meeeeowwww."
-I want Bri to be recognized as good, because when she was tossed out instead of LUCA who cannot cook a risotto but Bri could cook crab even though she doesn't eat it. I know that sentence doesn't make sense but that's what my morning brain is exactly thinking.

Yeah, they never say how good or bad Bri is. She doesn't eat anything she makes, so the fact that she hasn't made anything bad should say something about her cooking.

Why was Johnny eliminated and not Lynn? Lynn has only made one good dish ever. Johnny's cookies tasted better than Lynn's.

I was rooting for jonny too. He was at least interesting, even though he probably wouldn't win the whole thing. I just could not get over the sweat towel-plate fiasco with Lynn. So hurl-worthy. And its funny about Savannah - my husband kept saying the same thing - who is that? Why is Krissi such a bisque? She has far surpassed "I'm just a pretty face" Natasha as my most disliked conestant.

Ugh. Krissi. I'm ashamed that we're from the same part of the country. Not all Philadelphians act like that!

Ok, Krissi needs to go. When she referred to Bri as "the epitome of all the girls I used to beat up in high school" I practically spit at the TV. Unfortunately they'll probably keep her around for drama.

wow that's terrible! i didnt mind her so much at first i figured it was just her schtick and tuned it out but she gets progressively nastier each week.
i really despise Natasha. she is just a huge bisque. i mean you cant clap for someone else?

apparently Johnny lives in the same town i do. so i was a tiny bit sad when he got booted in a "hey i dont know him but we live in the same place" sort of way.

i was sad Bri got the boot. i think she was my fave and not just because she is a veg. though i am suspicious of a veg that can cook meat so well. hehehehe.

Wait, Savannah got the boot right? Or did I overdo my wine consumption last night when I watched?

And seriously about Krissi. What a foul, miserable human being.

No, Bri is still safe. It was Savannah who got canned.
