I wasn't really feeling the Bacon one. I dunno why exactly. It seems like it's going to spin out of control Lost style and we'll never know who's good and who's bad and the season will end with more questions than answers. I'm reading a lot into it though.

i'm watching deception (i like it okay so far, mostly because i like several of the actors i think), and the following (only saw the pilot so far, but i totally dug it, except for that one scene and i'm sure you know what i'm talking about), and i'm planning to watch cult.

This is not a good year for tv. Almost all of the old shows are stale or ending and all of the new shows suck or were totes brilliant and got canceled. Next year fall I might have to start reading words on paper for entertainment.

The 30 minutes sitcoms have been good, imo. The Middle. I wish I was Sue Heck in high school.

I watched The Americans last night and I really liked it! The only new show from fall that I'm still watching is The Mindy Project, which has gotten better and better since the pilot.

I missed The Americans last night (was out for the first half hour of it and then Top Chef Seattle was on so that comes first for me) but if I have time this weekend, I can catch it on my on-demand thingie which has an FX Canada channel.

Ooh, I dvr-ed The Americans. I'm excited about it.
I'm loving Mindy Project and I'm still watching Go On, which is just alright.

Oh, and I hate to admit this, but I've been watching Ben and Kate on demand because I can't justify DVRing it for some reason. It's dumb, but the English lady is pretty darn funny and she was in Hot Fuzz! But, I just heard it's canceled, which makes sense.

Oh and Merlin! this is the last season, which makes sense since
Spoiler: show
Arthur is king now
. It's corny as heck, but I love it. My favorite thing about Merlin is that each season as Morgana gets more and more evil, she wears less lipstick, more eye make-up and her hair gets crazier. She's pretty much full-on Helena Bonham Carter now.

I'm surprised Don't Trust the Bagina got cancelled--I was under the impression that it was popular. The Mindy Project seems like it's going to get cancelled.

I wish there were TV cancellation pools, instead of/in addition to Superbowl pools.

I caught maybe the second half of The Americans last night. I thought it was all right and would watch it again. I think I was mostly intrigued because I saw the guy who starred in it (name's Phillip in the show--not sure of his real name) in the previews for weeks before it aired and he reminded me of someone famous and it was driving me nuts because I couldn't remember who and I racked my brains thinking and just then a few days ago, it occurred to me that it's the sadly deceased Olympic champion pairs figure skater Sergei Grinkov that the actor resembles--particularly around the eyes.

Me too

I'm still enjoying Go On and The New Normal. I totally forgot about Ben & Kate after watching the first episode.

I'm in need of new shows too. I quit Glee and The Mindy Project. Excited for Smash to come back. Is Psych ever coming back? I miss all the cheesy 80s references.

I quit The Walking Dead and Supernatural this year. It wasn't a big deal to quit The Walking Dead because I never thought it was all that good to begin with, but I'm sad about SPN. It should have ended like two seasons ago and I just can't bring myself to care anymore.

So far I still really like The Americans!

SPN is so spotty but J&J are pretty so...

I like the Mindy Project and not only because she is the closest to anyone looking like me that I have ever seen on TV. But mostly.

I caught the Mindy project once, and thoroughly enjoyed it, but won't think to go out of my way to watch it.

I've not really been following anything religiously this year, I don't know why. Instead I'm watching a lot of Netflix.

Or they replace J&J with two less attractive actors.

Did you take pics? Have a link?

chiveggie I love Psych so much. I own seasons 1-3 and kept marathoning them and then the hubs got sick of it and bought me seasons 4-6 off my wishlist :D Phew. Psych is the thing I watch when I need cheering. The guys are so cute and I love the whole cast!
