Hi everyone!

I was at the Toronto Vegetarian Food Festival on the weekend and stopped by the booth for the T. Colin Campbell Foundation / The China Study. They had an information pamphlet about a course that is offered at E-Cornell for a Certificate in Plant Based Nutrition. I thought this sounded pretty interesting and I was wondering if anyone here has ever enrolled in the program and their thoughts?

I was wondering the same thing. I'm interested in taking the course to enhance my personal knowledge and professional abilities, but am wondering if it is worth it. What have you gotten from the course, is it something that makes you stand out on resumes, etc?

For a similar price you can enroll in Dr. Fuhrman's Nutritional Education Institute;

Besides using real nutrition textbooks as well as Dr. Fuhrman's own books and newsletters you have to pass a series of 3 tests. The video courses include how to set up a practice and other things one will need to know to actually DO something with this education.

I haven't looked into doing it myself, but read posts from people undergoing the program/graduates on the Fuhrman forums.
