I wanted to pop in and say how much I'll miss this thread too. I've mostly been lurking, but I appreciate all the support and advice people have shared when I do post. <3 Hopefully we can keep some sort of writing discussion alive on Reddit! I'm not doing NaNoWriMo, but will probably lurk there for motivation.

I put my memoir draft on hold for most of the summer because I was getting frustrated every time I tried to work on it and needed to not look at it for awhile. I recently started revisiting it though, and even printed everything I have (141 pages, woooo) so I can do some old-school manual editing. I still don't know how to end it (even though it's about my own life! ha), but I'm trying not to stress about that at the moment.

Time to write, however, is what I really need more than anything. I just have to find that somehow and discipline myself to work instead of watching YouTube vids when I have a spare hour or so... Keep writing everyone! <3 <3 <3

And YES, that. Some writerly pals at work started a weekly, 3-hour writing group after work, where we all sit around and work on our own stuff and sometimes discuss. That's been really helpful, but I can't even commit to that every week.
