I think Daryl & Carol are totally going to hook up any second. Going through the trauma of her being locked in that tiny room for days/him thinking she's dead will have taught them what they mean to each other. I hope.

I also think we are about to lose another major character. Possibly Glen or Andrea( or at least have her turn evil )

I'm also betting on Daryl killing Merle. Daryl's been with that group long enough they are more like a family. Once it's known that Merle kidnapped Maggie and Glen, I think it's over. Besides, does anyone else get the feeling that Merle wants to find Daryl for revenge, not for brotherly love?

Let me be the first to say that if Daryl gets killed in the process of offing Merle, I'm out.

I have had that thought too. Little things said throughout the show seem to indicate that Merle is in the habit of dominating and abusing his brother and that Daryl sees his brother like others do, as a jerk. I'm guessing Merle wants to find Daryl to boss him around again.

There would be no show if Daryl got killed. What chance would anyone else have if HE could not make it? I say he kills Merle, gets very moody for a while, then recovers.

Seriously, the "sexy" scenes between Andrea and The Gov are so gross. I keep expecting a closeup of him with fangs before he seductively bites her throat. (Just FYI, I am totally into the whole "sexy vampire" thing, but he's not one of them. And this isn't a vampire show. Yet anyway.)

Also, sex scenes on this show are so gross to me anyway because nobody has showered in MONTHS, and everyone is all covered in blood and guts. The thought of giving someone a bj in that state makes me sick. Or even making out. Can you imagine the BREATH on those people?!

RIGHT? This show, or like anything from pre-1900s (Hell on Wheels!)... just, ew.

You guys say this now, but I'm guessing a year into the apocalypse and you would be willing to make sacrifices; needs are needs. Besides, the village people get to shower, so creepiness aside, I guess they at least were more or less clean. And Rick obviously found a shower somewhere.

Maybe they all go stand outside naked when it rains.

Yep, I've been hoping Daryl whacks Merle. It's the only resolution I can think of that makes sense.

Maybe Daryl whacks Merle when Merle becomes a zombie. Then it would be echoes of Rick and Shane or Andrea and her sister.

I am finally caught up and hoping to see it on a big screen at a local theater on Sunday night. Weeeeeee.

The thing that really bothers me about T-dogs untimely demise is that much of the tension with Merle comes from the interaction between him and T-dog. Why did they have to kill him so close to Merle's reappearance? Kind of a let down.

I was hoping to see Season 2 Psycho Shane and Merle square off.

I wonder how Merle would fare as a zombie...would he know to use his sword hand? That could be a fantastic few minutes.

I like the idea of zombie Merle and zombie Philip becoming Michonne's new pets.

OK I guess Carol isn't going to be killing Merle anytime soon. The governor molesting Maggie was so horrifying. I'll be having nightmares about that for a good long while. I can't believe Rick tried to fork with Michonne's bullet wound. What a dick!

I can't believe it's the mid-season finale already! And I keep meaning to say, the lighting on the show is soooo amazing. Amazing enough to make me comment on the lighting.

The governor and Maggie was so hard to watch. Made my stomach even sicker than the pile of zombies piling up on that guy.
