hey everybody! I just picked up this book - veganissimo a to z: a comprehensive guide to identifying and avoiding ingredients of animal origin in everyday products - at my local bookshop! it's really kind of an awesome reference, with a complete list (237 forking pages!) of ingredients, a section on product labeling by type, and a handy guide to vegan alternatives to animal ingredients in all manner of products. it's really quite wonderful!
