I know I have seen quite a few mentions of worry on the ppk that the author of Hyperbole and a half Allie Brosh sn't doing well since her last post was about depression. But it looks like she has been working on her book and it is done!
Yay!

Yeah!

She was on Reddit last year talking about how she's really been struggling with depression and that's why she hasn't been posting, and she's also anxious that everyone hates her for just stopping after that post. I'm really glad she got it done, I'm sure its a big relief to her!

I love her work! I have a T-shirt with the 'I can do anything' picture on from her Adventures in Depression post :)

I'm so glad the book is on its way to production and hope she's feeling better.

While I'm not the biggest fan I've been a little concerned about her too! Glad she finished her book.

I'm so nervous for some reason to read it! I think because it will resonate so much with me that I might cry at my desk.

I'm glad she's back and excited/nervous about tomorrow's (wait, today's?) post too! I like that she already has 1,900 comments- not sure if that helps or hurts (pressure, etc), but at least she knows so many people care. I hope she's doing well.

I loved it and I could relate to it so much. The part about trying to explain to people that you are suicidal had me in stitches because it was so accurate. When my Dr made me give all my pills to my parents because I couldn't be trusted with them it was so awkward and I actually did use the phrase "It's not that I am want to kill myself, it's just that I want to be dead" and they looked at me like the character in her picture did.

Really glad to see Allie back.

I am always so amazed at how well she speaks on suicide, a subject that is ridiculously hard to put into sensible words. ALLIE, GET OUT OF MY HEAD (actually, don't, you're helping me process so much.)
