I'll join in too. My hubby and I plan to be cheering for Euskaltel Euskadi and yeah for Lobato, he won the polka dot jersey for stage one. And boo for Ornica, they tried to throw the race.

Anyone know where you can watch online? We cut our cable and only have a Roku with Hulu and Amazon Prime accounts. My husband is missing this and hes wrecked about it. The only thing I could find was a website that charged 30 dollars to stream it.

Seeing as biker boy moved in with me yesterday I imagine it will be all Tour all the time for the duration. I watched a little coverage of the bus incident and the huge crash last night but that's it.

I want to watch online too! I usually go to a bakery here to watch but I start work at 7am now so I can't leisurely drink coffee and watch anymore! I'd like to have it on in the background at work, but I can't find anything. My old bosses used to watch it at work on the internet, but maybe they paid for it.

the Eurosport streams (there are usually 4 sites, give or take - 0 now that the racing is over) are usually okay. low quality, but Sean Kelly/David Harmon commentating are worth it 100-fold over Phil/Paul. sometimes they go down, so just switch to the next one. you'll figure it out :)

it's not the first time this year they've been pretty cruel about it. I was bummed when Phinney got shafted earlier in the year

welp. that's that then.

partly stoked for Porte, but mostly I'm not a fan of Sky. today was interesting enough all things considered, but there could be some extremely predictable GC racing coming up for the next two weeks.

does kinda seem like it.

thinking that the best we can hope for is the previous gc contenders going for stage wins now they're out of the fight for yellow.

yes, i'm hoping for dan martin to pull something out of the bag.

in the meantime, and to distract from conversations about froome's vam, greg henderson and adam hansen are quite the double act on twitter. with greipel as an unwitting straight man. bless.

Froome now in yellow after the win yesterday and defends it today. Rest day tomorrow. Any bets the yellow jersey has now changed hands for the last time this tour?
