A lot of shows got the axe last year, so that means lots of room for new shows!

http://www.tvguide.com/special/fall-pre ... shows.aspx

Trailers for some of the shows:

http://www.hulu.com/abc-new-fall-shows
http://www.hulu.com/fox-new-shows
http://www.hulu.com/nbc-new-shows

The main problem i'm having is that a lot of the shows that sound/look terrible have people in them that I really, really like.

New shows I will be checking out at least once (provided they are on hulu):

The 100 (They had me at Henry Ian Cusick/Desmond)
Almost Human
Bad Teacher (ugh I know but it has Ryan Hansen and Sara Gilbert in it)
The Blacklist
Brooklyn Nine-Nine
Dads (again, ugh but Seth Green)
Dracula
Friends With Better Lives (The Beek!)
The Goldbergs
Growing Up Fischer
Hostages
Agents of SHIELD
The Michael J. Fox Show
The Originals (Vampire Diaries spin-off)
Super Fun Night
Surviving Jack (Christopher Meloni + takes place in 1991)
The Tomorrow People (Mark Pellegrino)
Us & Them (Kerri Kinney and Michael Ian Black play a married couple!)

God, that's a long list. I hope some of them suck so I can quickly ditch them.

And i'll still be watching:

Modern Family
Wilfred
New Girl
Supernatural (ugh)
Castle
Bones (ugh)
Raising Hope
Pretty Little Liars
The Mindy Project
Vampire Diaries
Drag Race
The Americans
The Following
Camp (started this summer)
The Bridge (also started this summer)
Siberia (summer)

I love that you always keep me updated! I'm so excited about the Michael Ian Black Kerri Kinney show!
I gave up on Bones mid season last year. I have to go through my DVR and see what I'm going to keep watching.

Wow, I need to read up on these new options!

So far I'm sticking with New Girl and Parks and Rec, not sure what too add...

I just look at my hulu favorites, which if I discount Brian's stuff is pretty empty after the great tv exodus of 2012!

I have a really hard time giving up shows because I keep thinking, "Surely, this will be the last season." I quit ER 1.5 season from the end and I gave up on 24 in the last season and even when I found out they hand cancelled it, I just couldn't be bothered.

Speaking of Psych, Maggie Lawson is starring in one of the new shows! What? How? Why?

Not everything they make is crepe! Also, Mark Pellegrino. He makes everything better.

Yeah, true. I kind of like Arrow.

Fine, you win. I'll watch it.

Is anyone still watching Revenge? I stopped last season because I just couldn't any more. Also, Bones.

MBM, I kind of wish you and Mo had a blog about TV that I could follow.

I'm not actually very good at discussing tv because I don't notice a lot of the little things that tend to bug the shiitake out of people, 90% of the time if I don't like I show it can be summed up with 'it's boring/not funny'.

It's the most wonderful time of the year!

New shows:
Agents of Shield
Hostages (because I love Toni Collete and totally have the hots for Tate Donovan)
About a Boy (I kind of hated the idea of turning this into a series but then I saw that Jason Katims is writing/producing it)
The Millers
Super Fun Night
And I'm sure I'll end up checking out some others as well

Returning shows:
Breaking Bad
Scandal
Mindy
Parks and Rec
Nashville
Parenthood
Homeland
Pretty Little Liars (from summer)
Justified (winter)
The Americans (also winter)

Oh and Orphan Black isn't returning until April but I will be on that shiitake like white on rice.

I just saw that Alec Baldwin is getting a show on MSNBC at 10 pm replacing Lockup. So I will watch that until he flames out and goes crazy on some unsuspecting guest.... so maybe an episode?

I'm still watching it. I just want it to get over with. Aiden is very attractive, reminds me of Lionel Messi. It helps a bit. But... ugh... the show drags so much!

All I was actively watching when everything ended in the spring was New Girl, The Mindy Project, and PLL (obviously). I'll keep those, and I'll check out Agents of SHIELD, but pretty much only because of the Whedon involvement. Everything else is a mystery to me. I'd like to catch up on Modern Family before it starts back up, though. And of course I'll have Doctor Who, and I just found out that I didn't see season 4 of Archer WHAT IS MY LIFE.

I'm sad to see that Bones and Supernatural both got an UGH. I stopped watching Supernatural after season 6 and Bones a few episodes before she had the baby, and I have no idea where either show is now.

They are way past their prime.

I will probably drop most of the sitcoms because those are almost always terrible, no matter who is them. I'm already regretting saying i'll try to watch Dads.

Sherlock, of course. I hear they will be showing it at the same time here and in the UK.

Probably in October. Too bad it's only 3 episodes!

Some of Sleepy Hollow was filmed in my little town and in other nearby towns. (Hunger Games was partly filmed somewhere around here too).

Hannibal seems like the kind of show I'll start watching a year after it's over, and then ask myself why I didn't watch it while it was on.

It's weird that Sleepy Hollow has now twice been adapted as a police procedural. Sure, whatever. At least this time the time travel twist promises to set up some hilarious racism.
