Dead baby tacos!

I loved the Cougar Town references in the new ep of Community, I wonder if they'll make another reference if the name change goes ahead. And according to Community, it'll be back in January.

Yes! I loved it too! I was watching and thought, "huh? no Cougar Town until January?!?" But yeah, I looked it up and it's true.

!!! I'm watching the 'Richard Stans' episode, when Jules says the wrong words in the pledge of allegiance in the classroom. So -- Jules does her 'shush clap' and the little girl who puts her finger to her lips is Coco! Her daughter! Sooo cute!

I just saw a few tweets regarding ABC's scheduling, apparently Cougar Town has been left off and should return in spring instead of January :(

Also, the cast have been popping up as extras in some other shows. A few weeks ago Ian was on Grey's Anatomy, then Courtney and Christa were on Private Practice and this week Busy was on Happy Endings!

I saw an article about it earlier and I just told myself it was a bad dream. :( As long as it does come back....I don't have time to picket outside NBC and ABC.

Also! Can't believe I missed Busy on that show. I guess I should watch it now? Worth it?

I didn't even see her on Happy Endings! Glad I saved it in my dvr. Gonna check it out again.

Just watched the ep now; it was actually really funny! I've been an outspoken hater of this show, but I liked it...except I didn't see Busy. I think I watched the wrong episode. Hahah. It said 11/16 on the On-Demand menu though!

RandiJM, you need to watch that show! The pilot did not do it justice at all. It's one of my favorites. Anyway, was it the episode called "The Code War" (Max gets mad at Dave for dating his HS girlfriend). If so, that's the most recent one...and I didn't see her either.

Yep, it was the Code War episode, she was standing at the coffee cart at the beginning of the episode.

Damon made this episode with his "no he didn't" at the bar and Randi you HAVE to watch it, I think they stole their theme song from Community too, I'm sure it's music that's been used in between scenes.

I watched the Code War!! Oh I was expecting Busy to actually have a part; you mean she was like just a flicker in one scene? I wasn't prepared to look for that! Yes I watch this show occasionally bc Damon Wayans Jr is AMAZING and I love him very much. Hahah. He was hysterical. He and Scrubsgirl are my faves. I don't really like Casey Wilson's character or 24-child so that's why I haven't committed.
I do like our society's continuity with always associating Randys with meat-eating rednecks, though. Always.

I think I'm going to watch season 1 of Cougar Town this weekend while I'm sick. And plan for the march on ABC

IT'S AMAZING. I've watched the Hawaii two-part finale like 8 times in the past month.

argh, why do they do this shows that have fans? Desperate Housewives is still on the air, yet I don't know one person who watches it!
do they not include Hulu (and other legit online streaming) viewership?

Nielson ratings are SO freaking outdated. It's ridiculous. I have never known anyone who is in a Nielson household. I bet when you factor in all the on demand, hulu, and other online viewings, Community and Cougar Town are the most popular shows ever. Well, I bet at least they do a lot better than they do with like 5 people in middle America reporting what they watched.

ETA - oh my lordy Lard! I have Friends on in the background and Monica just said "So why aren't Ross's boxes ruined?" AND SHE SAID RUINED WEIRD! omg! That Cougar Town bit with how Jules can't say ruined ("Roined"!!!!) is based on Courteney for real! I am so happy. It really is the best show.

Haha, I was going to tweet ABC and say "You're roining it, ABC" but I didn't think they'd get it.

I miss it, I'm going to re-watch again before March.

Bill was tweeting about it and it seems he's not worried about the show because he and the cast think it's the best season yet and they'll even get a 4th season - I really hope this is the case!

I just read that the order for third season episodes was cut back to fewer episodes...I don't think that's a good sign.
