Also, I started straining to see Emily's baby bump, and when she was holding the pillow in front of her I was explaining to Brian that pregnant women on shows carry some redic things in front of them while they're pregnant, and how on The Nanny they made it a huge joke and CeCe was always carrying around things like big potted plants. So I was waiting for Bones to carry around a potted plant. And then she showed up with a potted plant!

I didn't realize how much I liked the VNMncharacter until this.
Bones and Booth did something: that smile she gave Angela plus the arm thing adds up to moe than crying on his shoulder.

The plant annoyed me a bit because they stuck it in the hearse on top of the coffin, so as soon as the car pulls off: splatted plant pot.

Oh, man. I cried so damn much! It was ridiculous. At first, I was just relieved that it was Nigel-Murray because it wasn't a regular cast member. But he was so damn adorable this episode with the T-Rex arms. And how sad Bones got. When she started crying, so did I and I couldn't stop for most of the episode.
I am also in the camp that Booth and Bones didn't have the sex. I think maybe they made out or slept in the same bed. I never trust coy smiles on shows as an indication of sexy times. But I totally cried a little when she grabbed his arm at the end. Plus, that whole scene with them in bed was pretty damn precious.
The singing at the end was so sweet.

I finally caught up on episodes, so I'm happily qualified to be in this thread :). molly wrote: No way did they do it! I think they did. My wife obsessively looked up fan blogs and one in particular made a compelling case. The time on Booth's bedside clock when Bones woke him up was the same time on the clock in the coma dream right before they did it. I know it seems like a minor thing, but from a film studies angle (which is what my wife majored in), it's basically the equivalent of the director coming onscreen at the commercial break to say "U GUYZ, THEY TOTALLY SEXED IT UP!"

My pleasure (especially since it took no effort on my part to come to this conclusion).
Of course, we could be off, and maybe every clock ever on Bones reflects that time because it's HH's dog's birthday or something and nobody noticed until now.
Also I'd like to go on record saying that I find a B&B pairing bothersome, because I thought it would be cool if they could just be friends and have a platonic m/f friendship of that caliber be portrayed on TV sans-romantic tension.

This is how I felt up until the point that Booth professed his love. I could see it was turning to that but it bugged me to no end. However, when Booth had this unrequited love thing I just couldn't take them not being together. Last season was just painful for me to watch because sad Booth made me cry.

This week's episode is called "The Change in the Game!"
If they did do it, they'd better have flashbacks to show us at LEAST the first kiss. After all that buildup, it seems kind of assy to have their first hookup occur off-screen.

Well, at least we got a WONDERFUL season finale before the rapture (hehe). yeah, I teared up as well. my only problem with that is the time - has it really been enough time between VNM dying/bones&booth sex and this?

Holy forking shiitake balls! I cannot believe that just happened! Did that just happened? If it is any form of a dream, I'm gonna have to cut a bisque. That is the craziest finale I've seen in a while. If it's for realies then Booth and Bones are forever bonded so maybe we can get a real relationship out of this. I'm thinking way too far ahead and rambling right now because I'm still in a bit of shock.
I'm really shocked that HH had to balls to write Emily's pregnancy into the show. Especially so close to the Angela/Hodgins storyline. That deserves a round of applause. And I think it was a forking brilliant turn that they had the sex off screen. And it's even brilliant-er that the entire episode had absolutely nothing to do with it.
I wonder how it happened. They both seem like they would be all about prophylactics so this is boggling my mind a bit.
Anyway...I completely teared up when one of the baby's middle names was Vincent. Though, I'm kinda shocked it wasn't Zack.
