I am!

I am hoping Katherine turns out to be whoever the other person in 1994 is. I kind of miss her!

Also, loving having Rick back. He was always one of my favorites.

Vampire Diaries remains consistent, The Originals is a snooze fest. It's so boring i'm not even going to bother digging up its thread.

I'm wisely (ha) using my Winter Break time to rewatch the first three seasons of the VD. OMFG, I forgot how truly a terrible person Damon was the first season. I just want someone to stake him. Like now please.

Also, current season: Can we please let one good thing happen without it being ruined the next second? Like for real, this is a legit soap now.

(I will still watch it till the end though).

Yeah, sometimes I think about how much they changed Damon's character. He went from being an evil, bloodsucking fiend to being...another Stefan, basically.

I stopped watching The Originals, it is so boring that i'd rather watch reruns of The Office or whatever on Netflix than it.

Yeah, I watched up through mid-November this season of The Originals. I have the others saved on my DVR, but no desire to actually watch them. I liked the story line around the Originals when it was part of the VD, but on its own I feel like they are just trying to make up crepe to keep it going.

And I know! I like Damon now, but he's just changed so much.

Stephan needs to go evil again to balance all this out.

Maybe this is why we have Enzo now.

GAH, I'm in the middle of season two, where they kill Elijah. Katherine was stuck in the tomb because Elijah had compelled her to stay, but when he died she was able to leave.

I thought I had remembered compulsion going away when the vampire dies, and was confused why Rick's on Elena hadn't gone away when he became human again.

This is just the jerk producers not letting anyone be happy again. Grumble, grumble.
