Eddie Argos of Art Brut. I ended up picking up a comic book for him because he was playing in NYC on a Wednesday and the comic shop nearest the venue was out of the one he wanted. Also Neil Gaiman, Simon Spurrier and Sxip Shirey. Do they count as famous? She's only famous to a couple thousand people, but KC from the Planet Podcast would tweet me occasionally about music and colleges.
Also one time I got picked randomly from Malinda Lo's followers to get a free copy of her book Ash! She signed it and sent it to me an everything. :)

I'm probably the only one who thinks this is AMAZING, but the guy who tweets officially for the Vancouver Canucks wants to read the article I wrote in VegNews where I say the Canucks are going to win the Stanley Cup. I picture him getting it and showing the team and them giving me box seats for the entire playoffs and letting me take the Stanley Cup home when they win it. :)
Obviously not going to happen, but one can dream! Anyway, the dude tweeted me. I love twitter.

Sorry, I don't log in very often. Basically Trent had this whole thing going about a guy who was a friend of a friend who was dying of some treatable disease, but couldn't pay for the operation. I think at some point Trent said that his fans should 'Pray' that he could get the operation. And then my partner said that praying wasn't going to cut it, and that encouraging people to sit around and do nothing wasn't going to help. I think Trent called him a disgusting human being who didn't understand other people's suffering, or something like that. Anyway the guy died which was horrible because he just needed a transplant. Of course, not Trent's fault, he did raise a whole bunch of money. This was right before Trent deleted his twitter account so I think it was already at a time when he was really frustrated.
