I find myself doubting this will convert anyone. Probably NSFW.

I feel like PETA ads are some sort of social experiment, where they slowly get worse and more blatantly insane, but it's so gradual people just accept it as normal. One day they're going to be like "OMG you guys, I can't believe you thought we were for real!"

That is the creepiest shiitake ever. I'm so glad these types of ads weren't running when I was an omini, being vegan would have just seemed yucky to me.

After watching this I was disappointed. I've been vegan for 5 years and my balls still haven't turned into limes. Am I doing something wrong?

Why are they wiggling their dicks and staring into my soul? Ugh.

I saw this earlier on an angry blog and I have to admit that I find it bizarre and dumb but also somewhat hilarious.

I would think if it was funny if there was one guy with a gherkin and two olives.

I'm not going to lie. This made me laugh in a "I don't think i'm really suppose to be laughing" sort of way... It was a laugh when something so awkward your only response is to laugh since you don't know what else to do.

I've been vegan longer than that and I still don't even have balls. I am obviously doing it wrong.

Well, that was horrifying. But I'd expect nothing less from PETA.

God. Is it too much to ask that one of the most accessible and widely-known vegan organizations in the world actually spends their money on stuff that will actually help animals?? I just can't even believe that there are animals suffering everywhere and their response is to attach a banana to some dudes sweatpants and make him gyrate on camera.

But you probably have been growing boobs from eating all that evil soy. So you've been doing everything right.

If you are posting it here, their plan is working. My advice is to ignore it.

Yeah, I would rather see pictures of HSUS rescuing animals from houses on Long Beach or information about someone who is doing something useful.

I found through doing my blog that people are much more interested in the controversial than the happy stories you can post. That's why peta does what they do.

yeah- I'm not defending them, because I really don't care about them either way, but that is PETA's strategy. I went to a lecture years ago by a PETA strategist and she basically said that their reasoning is, no one in the general public wants to hear or think about animal rights, so absolutely anything they can do to draw attention is accomplishing their goal of bringing animal issues to the public mind.
