I love the idea and I love absolutely anything that supports libraries...but does anybody actually use the word "geek" as a transitive verb?

No, but I will be adding the term geekend to my active vocabulary.

Out of the context of this campaign, I don't think so. I get what they're doing, though, and I love it. I have lots of geekends, too.
