I guess it's just a survey of 2000 people, but still....

Yikes! So crazy!! I bet it's just as bad in the US.

Yeah. I remember watching Jaimie Oliver's food revolution, and the stuff that those kids were saying when asked about where their food came from . . . I believe it.

I remember watching a video where kids shown a potato thought it was a rock.... but man I can't even fathom not knowing where milk and eggs come from! I guess that's the way to take unawareness of animal cruelty to an extreme.... not knowing what you eat even comes from animals.

I think this is one instance where you can probably read the comments.



Anyway, I refuse to believe there are people who do not know eggs come from hens. And yes, I know people are stupid, but not that stupid.

Let's hope that's the case. I was wondering when the article mentioned that some answered that eggs came from wheat/corn if people were just over-thinking it and figuring that was the case since we tend to feed chickens grain.
