I'm torn...I like it and I think it's awesome, but I also wonder where the line is between this and rape jokes.

I don't see how it's crossing the line? I mean, she's clearly making fun of the insane idea of "legitimate rape". Can we really not use humor to discuss these issues?

I agree. She isn't making fun of rape victims (which is what most rape jokes do), she is making fun of the definition of "legitimate" versus "illegimate" rape to show how insane it is to exclude things like any rape that gets a woman pregnant or where a woman's skirt was too short or she knew her attacker from being (in the words of Whoopi Goldberg) rapeyrape and making them just notsobadrape.
I thought this was a good article on the line between problematic rape jokes (relying on tropes of women as sluts etc, blaming the victim and furthering the status quo) and rape jokes that question the status quo and make people think. http://www.guardian.co.uk/commentisfree ... -funny-now
